Huge smiles for the Swift!
Bike Swift installed the Swift on my girlfriend's RANS Cruz (crank forward) bicycle. Henry has been great to work with and the final product is sensational. There was a small issue with the battery and Henry replaced it right away. This is just what we needed so she could ride with confidence and enjoy life on two-wheels all around Seattle. We highly recommend the great product and service. Thank you, Bike Swift!

Flatten your hilly city!
After my test commute on a neighbor's Bike Swift bike, I told my skeptical bike nerd husband, "This is a game changer!" And now that I have my own, it really has been. I used to be a fair weather, half-way bicycle commuter. "Half-way" as in - some days after riding in to work, at the end of the day I'd be too tired to want to ride up those hills home, and I'd take a carshare or a Lyft back, hoping I'd have the energy to ride home the next day. (But often, frankly, just putting the bike in the car.) Now I ride both ways effortlessly and happily no matter the weather (or the dark)! I am a full on bike commuter and am so happy about it I talk about it all the time, everywhere I go, and let friends try it out to see the magic for themselves! I also like to say that there are now no more hills in Seattle for me on my awesome BikeSwift bike. Even my husband is a convert (at least philosophically:-) - and he now uses my bike to do grocery shopping at the far away store he prefers.
Henry and the team are fantastic to work with - willing to work find work arounds if need be, and available for after-install tech support for those of us who are slow learners!

I love my custom Swift electrified Sun recumbent!
I've been riding my Sun EZ-Tri Classic recumbent for a couple of years. Because of my carpal tunnel syndrome, the bike has been a great source of fun and good exercise as well. Now, with the installation of the Swift, I'll be able to go for longer rides and really enjoy many more of the rails-to-trails here in Utah. Thanks, Henry!

Less Stress in my rides.
I just really wanted a LITTLE assist added to my own bike to be able to keep up with my friends on the crazy rides they do. When I first got my E assist front hub, it was too strong and I would pass up my friends and not be able to regulate my speed low enough. So Henry made my assist switch have 5 levels instead of 3. The bottom level is just right for going up hills or into the wind at just the right speed to keep up but not pass everyone. Now rides with friends are enjoyable and I can stay with the group. Also my battery usually lasts longer due to using a lower level of assist. I almost never decline a ride invitation anymore. I never miss a bike commute to work either. It is EXACTLY what I wanted.
Henry also helped me with an ergonomic friendly handlebar that has helped with my wrist and hand pain. This was important when I started logging more miles.
Henry, you have a great product and service is outstanding!

Excellent job!

I have about 300 miles on my Bike Swift upgrade. My mechanic, Henry, did a fine job. Have no complaints. Henry is very personable and patient. He fielded my endless questions about various motor options and assured me that an electric bike is not cheating. I purchased the basic Swift, and an optional headlight and tail light assembly. All very professionally installed.

Punch through headwinds and superman up hills!

As a recreational rider with over 600 miles in 3 months "The Swift" system has meet and exceeded my expectations. Back in the day when I was younger, 3-5 hours rides on the weekends was something I loved to do. Now being older with work and family commitments, my riding time is limited... which has also lessen my overall strength (and longer recovery) in riding. I also found myself not completing or doing some of my favorite rides without being wiped out for the rest of the day. But with "The Swift" system, I've been able to reclaim what I love... just ride. And having access to 5 levels of assist means that hills, headwinds, and distance are factors I no longer have to account for when riding. In fact, it's opened a whole new world of riding and where I can go and do. Also worth noting.. Henry was able to order matching black rims and spokes for the build with a small up charge. Thanks Henry for everything!!!

Simple, well-engineered solution to ebiking...
This was the most reliable, cost-effective way to bring my commute time down. I commute 10 miles each way between Seattle and Bellevue, which took me 1 hour each way by bus or by car in rush hour, and using the Swift brings the time down to 40 minutes. My short trips between Green Lake and Lake City went from 20 minutes by car in traffic to 15 minutes, and my 45 minute bus trips to Capitol Hill have been cut down to 20 minutes. I've put 500 miles on the system in the past month and have had no reliability issues. I ride it at the highest speed setting and get 40 miles out of a charge over my particular route (steep hills). I looked at a number of different ebikes and ways to cut down my commute time and I am satisfied that this is the most elegant, reliable solution.

Awesome e bike!
I had a great experience at Bike Swift. While it took them a week to complete it, they took my old surly cross check and put a swift motor on it. It has decreased my bike commute time in half and I no longer sweat and can wear work clothes on my commute.

Loving it!
The only thing standing between me and riding my bike to work was not wanting to shower once I got there. Upgrading my old commuter with the Swift made it happen. My 13 mile (one way) commute is only about 15 minutes longer than driving and is 100% more fun.

Recently upgraded my hybrid bike with the Swift conversion kit to commute with after we downsized to one car. Just passed 100 miles on the Swift system and I'm loving every mile! At max pedal assist can easily go 20+ mph on any hills along my route. To me, this is easily one of the most cost-effective ways of getting an e-bike. My only wish is that the battery was a little larger, the max power output significantly decreases by the time you're around 50% state of charge. Has not been a major issue for me if I charge every day, but if I were to do more than my 12 mile commute in a day, it would struggle to keep up.
